You can ask us at any time to delete your Kora Heads game account and the data kept with it. Write to contact@hakim.ma (or use the contact page) and we delete it within 30 days.
How to Ask
1. In the game, open your Profile and tap SAVE CODE to see your save code. If you signed in with Google, you can give the Google account instead.
2. Send an email to contact@hakim.ma, or use the contact page on this site, with the subject “Delete my Kora Heads account” and your save code or Google account.
3. We reply to confirm, and delete the account within 30 days. That save code can never be used again.
What Is Deleted
Everything our game server keeps for that account: your players, accessories, superpowers, coins and diamonds, levels and stadiums, missions and energy; your in-game name, fans, league and place in the rankings; and the link to your Google account if you signed in.
What Is Kept
Short technical server logs (connection times and errors) are not linked to your name and are cleared on their own within 30 days. Your email to us is kept only as long as needed to answer it.
Ad data collected through Google AdMob is held by Google, not by us; see the privacy policy for how to delete your advertising ID.
